Sometimes my cat (Trout), just really digs being in the sink.
While Andriana Chobot was visiting from Vermont, I used the opportunity to have the songstress prance around the highway-side of Nova Scotia near Windsor to make some fun images.
We were shooting by the side of the highway because we spotted a field of Geese to use in the background, and this super-nice farmer in a truck pulled over and said we could feel free to head up the driveway to his farm and shoot there instead. So we did, and it was awesome! This little barn covered in real skulls, antlers and creeping ivy was my favourite spot. There was also a pen full of goats, and a friendly little boy running around with his scooter. I love the people in my province. They can be so welcoming.
Farewell Old Studio Office Space! Last week, just two days before Hallloween, we moved from our 2.5 year old apartment on Poplar St. in Halifax, into a much larger, new apartment on Dahlia St. in Dartmouth. I’ll really miss this little mess of an office; we did some good work together. As much as I’ll miss it though, I’m already looking forward to creating a new studio space in our new, already much-loved place. Onwards and upwards, with fond memories!
